UI for ATM and FR Provisioning

Description	Create a unified user interface fro a user to provision ATM and Frame Relay interfaces. The interface must be flexible enough to handle multiple changes on multiple switches from multiple users.
Solution	A set of four executables were created to provide an overall view of the system with the ability to drill down to switches and then to specific objects within the switch. The four executables used shared memory as well as atoms in the X Window manager for communication. A 2D library was also built to provide graphics support for user friendly display of the switches.
